I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of negligence and lack of professional responsibility at Life Hala Express Clinic, specifically under the care of Dr. Faiza Ahamed. A urine test was conducted during my visit, yet I was never informed of the results nor counseled about them. Four months later, today, we discovered that the laboratory report clearly showed severe abnormalities, including extremely high pus cells (80–100/HPF), presence of bacteria, leukocytes +++, and blood in urine findings strongly suggestive of an active urinary tract infection at that time. Failure to communicate such significant abnormal results, explain their implications, or ensure appropriate follow-up reflects a serious lapse in standard medical care. Patients rely on doctors to review, disclose, and explain investigation results, and this basic duty was not fulfilled. This negligence caused unnecessary anxiety, delayed appropriate medical management, and undermined trust in the healthcare provided. I strongly advise patients to personally review all their reports and not rely solely on verbal reassurance. I hope the clinic acknowledges this failure and takes corrective action to prevent similar incidents in the future.
