Please do not waste your valuable time here. We came to get tests done after fasting, and there were only six people ahead of us. Despite that, we waited for over an hour and still had to leave without getting our tests done. During this entire time, the nurse managed to take samples for only three patients, while three others were still waiting ahead of us. There is no receptionist, so the nurse is handling both registration and sample collection. Due to a clear shortage of manpower and poor organization, the process is extremely slow and confusing. To make matters worse, the nurse made serious registration errors. A husband and wife came together: the wife requested only a Vitamin D test, while the husband requested the Silver package along with Vitamin D. Instead, the nurse mistakenly registered the wife for the Silver package and Vitamin D, and later said he would “adjust it.” This creates problems later, as the husband may not receive reports in his own name, which can affect his medication and treatment. We eventually had to leave and go back home without getting tested. This was especially difficult since we were fasting, and my children became very irritated after waiting for over an hour. The facility is disorganized, understaffed, and inefficient. Even without much patient load, handling only three patients in one hour is unacceptable. Please ensure your staff is properly trained and sufficient before advertising your services. Until then, only visit if you have 2–3 hours to waste.
I recently visited Life GP Clinic CBD for a blood test and consultation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Tun Ko was very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. A special thanks as well to Nurse Dona, who was extremely kind, gentle, and supportive throughout the process. Her friendly approach really helped ease any stress. Overall, the staff were welcoming, efficient, and highly professional. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care in a comfortable environment.
