I visited this clinic without insurance and was charged 50 AED, which I understand. However, there was no proper appointment system or token number system in place. The staff at the cash counter simply asked me to wait without giving any clear waiting time or sequence. I had been waiting for almost 1 hour and 55 minutes. They took my ID at the beginning, and after around 35 minutes they collected the payment, but even after that there was no clarity about when I would be seen by the doctor. I would suggest the management improve their appointment or token system so patients know their turn and expected waiting time. Better communication at the reception would make the experience much smoother. I hope the clinic works on improving this process for future patients.
