I recently visited your clinic, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this medical/pharmacy as well, and during that visit, I also encountered rude staff. During my recent appointment booking, I clearly informed the clinic that my insurance would cover the visit and provided all necessary details. Despite this, the staff completely refused to accept my insurance, forcing me to walk out of the clinic. This created significant inconvenience and frustration. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues, as such experiences are unacceptable and create unnecessary problems for patients.
