That same day I met Coach Allen, who invited me to a free trial class... It's been over 2 months since that day and I am loving it! They have classes in the morning and evening, which I find very convenient. The classes are fun and demanding — I work out my whole body. I have become stronger 💪 and my endurance has improved significantly, plus punching the bag has an incredible relieving effect, much needed in these days full of cortisol 🥴. I love the music🎶, the positive vibe ✔️ and the energy of Coach Perry and Coach Allen ✨ Their guidance is professional and warm. Keep it up, Team!👏 If you want a full workout, this is definitely a place to consider
Lead Academy exceeded my expectations. Coach Perry was fantastic, and the individual support throughout was excellent. The Lead Grind class is amazing, covering endurance, power, mobility, core, and stretching all in one session. Highly recommended!
I usually go in the morning, so it’s quiet and peaceful with no crowd. The place is spotless and has that luxurious hotel-like scent. Although there’s not a lot of equipment, the classes are fantastic. I attended one for my free trial, and Tarek made it so much fun! The inclusive culture here really boosts your confidence, even if it’s your first time.
Allen was absolutely amazing. Had a one on one session and not only is he a great instructor but also super positive and motivational and knows when to push you. Great session!

The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference. I felt comfortable and motivated training here, and the overall vibe is very positive.
