If I could put zero, I would. Do not go to this spa, the facilities are poor, lights are dimmed for you not to be able to see how mediocre the surroundings are. Therapists talking during your treatment and going in and out like if we are in a cafe. Oil used is the lowest quality you would ever get compared to the price you pay for the massage (which is quite expensive for the experience you receive). Client service is questioning your complain, saying she will check with the therapist. Will the therapist say that she was on the phone the whole time? Or sleeping when you arrived? Or not even having your booking in the agenda when you called three times? Of course not. No compensation was given, no answer, nothing. I was expecting a good service, given the price list and majority of good comments. But everything is fake. I got duped by the big smiles. I will never ever put a foot there again, and recommend no one does.
I was in Lavenderspa yesterday for the first time. After the gym, I wanted a massage. I would like to thank the administration of the salon and masseur Cindy for the high level of service and professionalism. Cindy recommended me a Swedish massage after training and guessed right. My muscles and body were so rested after the session, such lightness in the body woke up in the morning! Thank you very much again!
