I was instructed to undress without being provided a robe, and the door was left open while I was changing, which was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. The first therapist used no oil initially and was rubbing dry skin together. Her hands were cold and clammy. The technique lacked structure, symmetry, or any clear training. She was on her phone during the session and even took an unexplained break midway through. Breathing heavily over a client during a massage is also not appropriate in a professional spa setting. Halfway through the session, they switched therapists without prior notice. The second therapist was slightly better in technique, but still below basic professional standards. She was also on her phone during the massage. While her pressure control was somewhat improved, the overall service remained poor and unstructured. Additionally, there was a visible insect on the wall in the treatment area, which raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. This was not a relaxing or professional experience. For the price paid, I expected basic spa etiquette, privacy, hygiene, and trained technique. Unfortunately, none of those standards were met. I would not recommend this establishment.

After a long day I decided to visit Larosa spa for a hot oil massage and all I can say is my session was amazing, my masseuse hands were magical can't wait for my next visit☺️
