I had a full body laser hair removal session here and it was such a great experience. The clinic is super clean and professional, and the staff made me feel really comfortable. I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional handling of my appointments and the poor customer service I have experienced recently. I purchased my package in December and, until recently, everything was satisfactory. My laser sessions were managed professionally, and I had no concerns. However, over the past six weeks, dealing with your clinic has become increasingly challenging and disappointing. On 22 May 2026, I booked a HydraFacial appointment for 3:30 PM. At approximately 3:15 PM, I called the clinic and spoke directly with the Clinic Manager, Mr. Ahmed. I specifically asked whether the therapist was available and informed him that I was on my way. He clearly confirmed that the staff member was available and that I could proceed to the clinic. I arrived at approximately 3:35 PM only to discover that neither the therapist nor Mr. Ahmed was present. Mr. Ahmed eventually arrived around 4:00 PM. When questioned about the situation, he informed me that the therapist had an emergency and that my only options were to either wait or reschedule. What is particularly concerning is that Mr. Ahmed showed me WhatsApp messages from the therapist sent at approximately 12:50 PM and 1:30 PM informing him of the situation. Despite receiving this information hours earlier, he failed to review these messages and still assured me at 3:15 PM that the therapist was available. This reflects a serious lack of responsibility and communication on the part of the clinic manager. As a result of this negligence, I was left waiting for nearly 50 minutes before ultimately leaving the clinic at approximately 4:25 PM without receiving the treatment I had booked. Furthermore, Mr. Ahmed personally rebooked my appointment for 5 June 2026 at 3:30 PM. However, I am now being informed that the appointment time must be adjusted to 3:45 PM and then 4:00 PM. I find this completely unacceptable. If a 3:30 PM appointment was not available, it should never have been offered or confirmed. It is unreasonable for the clinic to repeatedly expect clients to adjust their schedules according to staff availability after appointments have already been confirmed. This pattern of poor communication, scheduling errors, and disregard for clients' time is highly unprofessional, particularly when full payment for the package was collected in advance. Clients should not be expected to accommodate ongoing operational shortcomings caused by management failures. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and believe compensation for the significant amount of time wasted due to the manager's negligence is warranted. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the clinic management.

One of the best medical centers I have dealt with in Dubai. The management, and Mr. Ahmed specifically, are very cooperative and always ensure customer comfort and punctuality. You feel the personal attention from the moment you step into the center. A 5-star experience without a doubt!
