My experience was terrible, I was doing laser for 3 years and I never had hair growth and since I visited them, hair is growing like crazy and I paid 800 dirhams for nothing, don’t pay and waste money, it’s not recommended and the doctor just told me go to another clinic the machine here is not good!!!!!!! After I wasted my money and time
I would not recommend this clinic. The first laser session was excellent and very thorough, but the quality dropped dramatically in the second and third sessions. The treatments felt rushed, and I noticed many areas had been completely missed. The service became careless and inconsistent, which was very disappointing. I eventually had to continue my treatments at another clinic.
Had such a great experience with Asha. She is very professional, gentle, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole session. The treatment was smooth and she explained everything clearly. Definitely one of the best laser experiences I’ve had — highly recommend!

❌BURNED MY SKIN & REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY❌ This clinic burned my skin in multiple spots during a laser session. When I reached out, they ignored my messages for several days. Then, after making me travel all the way to the clinic, instead of treating the burns themselves, they simply told me to go buy a cream on my own. When I asked them to take responsibility and cover the treatment, they became rude and stopped replying entirely. I have photos of the burns and screenshots of every conversation. I am filing a formal complaint with the health authorities. If you’re considering this clinic — think twice. They will not take accountability for the damage they cause.
