Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I paid 200 AED for a massage service that was a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. After the issue, they confirmed in writing that I would provide a full refund of 200 AED and told me it would take around 4 hours for approval. After that, they completely ignored my messages and even blocked my number instead of resolving the issue professionally. Blocking a paying customer after confirming a refund is unacceptable. I have full screenshots of the conversation as proof. Very poor customer service, disrespectful behavior, and terrible handling of customer money. Please be careful before booking with them.

Most horrible home massage I ever had in my life. Shocked to see they got so great review before. They are playing on the phone with one hand while they treat you with the other, the phone rings a lot of times. I can’t recommend this store at all, and the price for their service is insane. Avoid this place at all costs!
