After a very bad experience at another salon where my hair was bleached white, the team L'art de Coiffure worked a real miracle. Rami managed to help me regain my natural hair color, with soft, subtle highlights on the lengths, for a result that looks both natural and beautiful. A color correction truly worthy of a top professional. I would highly recommend this salon and the entire team, from the reception to the color service, hair wash, and cut/blow-dry. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to their clients. A special thank you to the manager, who immediately understood the urgency of my situation and was able to offer me an appointment just two days later. I left the salon feeling confident and uplifted, and on top of that, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the products used and the level of expertise. I’ve been getting my nails done by Balnur and she is just excellent. Her work is flawless and perfect, my gel extensions are shaped so nicely and she makes them thin so they look and feel natural but durable. I’ve tried other places, and simply cannot get the same quality and skill as I get with Balnur!

First time at Art de Coiffure and an really good experience. Omran was kind, attentive, and gave excellent advice. The result is outstanding — very natural, beautifully blended balayage. I’ve never had highlights done this well! Highly recommend!

I visited this salon twice, and although the staff is friendly, they lack an understanding of customer service and satisfaction. During my first visit, I had to wait almost an hour before being attended to, despite having a scheduled appointment. The learning technician removed my nails before starting the actual treatment, which further prolonged the process. While the result of my nails was beautiful, the overall experience was frustrating due to the extended waiting time. Hoping for an improvement, I booked another appointment, but unfortunately, the second experience was just as disappointing: • I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet I had to wait 40 minutes without being served. • After those 40 minutes, the second nail technician still hadn’t arrived, leaving me uncertain about how much longer I would need to wait. • I had specifically booked both a manicure gel and pedicure gel at the same time to save time, but this was not accommodated. Additionally, the salon is very noisy due to its connection to a hairdresser, with blow dryers running constantly. For my last visit, I paid nearly 400 AED for my nails. For this price, many other salons offer the same quality treatment with better service and conditions. Conclusion: Everyone has appointments and commitments to keep, and I cannot afford to allocate over 2.5 hours for nails, plus unpredictable waiting times. While the results may be good, the inefficiency and poor time management make it hard to justify a return.

The service was good, but I’m guessing my skin might be a bit dry. Also, it takes a while, so you’ll need to be free.
