Today I visited Kure Pilates Studio. It’s a beautiful beige-toned space with a very calm and aesthetic atmosphere. There were 6 people in my class, including the instructor. The studio itself is not very big, but it feels really cozy and intimate. It’s also located in an amazing area, right next to Burj Khalifa, with lots of cafés nearby and a lovely area to walk around. The girls at the studio also offer refreshing drinks, which is a nice touch. I especially loved the instructor, Elena! she is a true professional. Very warm, radiant, and kind, and she paid close attention to everyone in the class. Her exercises were challenging enough for me, which I really appreciated. I would happily come back again! As for the downside ,I’ll say it honestly, I attended through ClassPass, and I was surprised that access to the shower is paid separately. I really hope the management reconsiders this policy, or simply raises the class price slightly so that shower access is included. The changing room and shower area are very beautiful and feminine, and the shower area also has a cold plunge, which is a nice bonus. However, there was no sauna or steam room available. Overall, the most important thing for me is a good instructor, and Elena more than delivered.

From the moment I walked in, everything felt intentional and elevated — the aesthetics, the energy, the details in the decor, even the café setup. It’s rare to find a Pilates studio that combines serious training with such a refined atmosphere. The class itself was excellent — challenging, well-guided, and thoughtfully structured. The instructors were attentive and professional, and the overall service felt premium without being pretentious. Honestly, it’s the most complete Pilates experience I’ve had in Dubai. Training, ambiance, and lifestyle all in one place. Highly recommend.
It was my first time in this studio and I loved it. All the staff members were super attentive and the coach Lail was very knowledgeable and guided us through the movements at all times. I got a matcha latte with raspberry recommended by the baristas which was delicious. I highly recommend this studio and surely will be back!
