I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough. As an official HYROX gym in the heart of Dubai Marina, the location is unbeatable, right in the centre, with plenty of parking and easy access to scooters and Careem bikes nearby. The facilities are outstanding. There’s a high tech indoor training space alongside an outdoor gym area, which is absolutely fantastic, especially in Dubai. Everything is clean, well designed, and set up to suit all training levels. One of the biggest highlights is the huge variety of classes available. There’s everything from HYROX basics right through to the 90 minute Sunday HYROX sessions, plus combat training and plenty of other options, genuinely something for everyone, no matter your experience or fitness level. What truly sets this gym apart is the people. The owners, trainers and staff are on another level, welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in every member. That positive energy spreads throughout the gym, creating a community where new members are instantly made to feel welcome, which is rare to find. The website and booking system are also incredibly easy to use, even if you’re not tech savvy, booking classes is simple and stress free with a cheeky reminder to make sure you don’t end up sleeping in. I’d highly recommend this gym whether you’re visiting Dubai (they offer great short term options for guests) or looking for a long term gym membership in Dubai Marina. An amazing gym, an even better community, and a standout fitness experience in Dubai.

Great gym and set up. Did the Sunday Hyrox class and loved it. Using the marina walk as a small run course and the outdoor area for all the stations. A huge bonus was cooler box of iced water to cool down between stations. I would recommend doing a session here for sure
I can’t say enough good things about KO8 Fitness in Dubai Marina! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the lovely community that truly makes this gym special. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, creating an environment where you can thrive. The coaches, specially Sean a Hyrox champion, are absolutely amazing! They are highly motivated, knowledgeable, and always push you to reach your best potential while ensuring you have fun. Their energy is contagious, and you can tell they genuinely care about each member's progress. One of my favorite aspects is the outdoor area with stunning views of the Marina. It’s the perfect spot to catch your breath and soak in the beautiful surroundings after a challenging workout. If you’re looking for a gym that combines a fantastic community, inspiring coaches, and breathtaking views, KO8 is the place to be! Highly recommend!
