The staff in the Smart Salem are nice and accommodating. Especially Jaime and Sam. I’ve had a very positive experience. Jaime from reception helped me do some corrections on my application. Everyone was so nice
I went to have my medical test for my visa renewal. Service was excellent and really fast. I went around 750AM and was done before 8AM. So, be early if you want to finish quick. But even if there are people, there is a systemic queue process. There is a waiting area with wifi. Grab something from a cafe nearby while waiting for your turn. They have paid parking in front of building 13. There are signages leading you to the centre so you won’t get lost.
Quick service and responsive staff. I got my medical test just in 10 minutes. Not much crowded due to this pandemic season. Lovely staff, a guide for each step. Clean and neat place. Paid Parking available. Although walkable from Dubai Internet city Metro and this place closer to tramp around 400 meters. There is a restaurant inside the premises which closer to gate no. 8. Good luck.
Excellent and quick service. I manage to complete my wife's test within 15 mins as there was no queue. Usually rush till 12pm. Operating time 8am till 2pm. This is in block 12 .once you enter from sea side go to your right and you can see the board for further direction.you can come by Team and get down at knowledge village. Abundant parking at 382F. Way to reception little difficult but you may follow floor sign for direction.
