DMCC sent us to the biometric test with the reference number, but the recepion of block 8 refused us due to payment receipt absence. Why doesn't reception know that free zones make submissions and payments in advance and provide customers just with a reference number?!? We had a medical test in Salem - block 12, the same place, and datas in the system. Advanced one-time payments to free zones for visas already done by free zones, and it's not the client's task to make all processing payments - for permits, change status, medical, IDs, and then to search for internal bills. An original passport, reference number, ID form, Salem medical certificate should be enough to proceed with biometric test- same as in others Salem branches. Unlikely, we met unprofessional customer "support" in Salem block 8, got bad impressons, and wasted our time. Please dont forget that foreign investors come to Dubai expecting to meet high-level support services and an easy-moving paperless registration processes, and I would like to be proud of the residency services I introduce. It's not possible in semi-goverent entities to show disrespect to clients and make them confused. Please teach your customer service team to work FOR customers, not against them.
Very quick! I was asked for my passport and had blood test, application and x-ray all within less than 30 minutes! The Entrance is at the back of the building ,not on the Main Street.
if you coming for Medical Test, bring along 1.your passport 2.appointment letter. Not crowd and staff are welcoming, especially the doctors and nurses.
They need to hire experienced nurses to draw blood for visa renewals. This is the side effect of 1 small tube!
