DubaiMed AI Analysis

King's Jumeirah Medical Centre has mostly positive patient feedback describing efficient, courteous care and skilled nursing (pain-free blood draws/IVs) and seamless annual check-ups. Evidence is limited to a few recent reviews and there is no website content available, and one report of unprofessional staff behavior lowers consistency.

Pros

  • Multiple patients report professional, efficient care and minimal wait times.
  • Nurses praised for technical skill (painless blood draws and IV insertion).
  • Staff noted as helpful and organized with good appointment coordination.

Considerations

  • At least one recent review describes an instance of rude/unprofessional staff behavior in the waiting area.
  • No website content or published credentials/pricing found in the provided evidence, limiting assessment of accreditation and transparency.

I had a truly great experience during my visit with ENT Dr. Murtaza Najmi. He was very professional and made sure all necessary tests were done quickly and efficiently. The support from the medical team was also excellent. The nurse Precious kindly helped me throughout the clinic and reached me out for rescheduling a test I wasn’t able to attend. Even my blood test was done so smoothly and pain free by Carlo Raganit so I barely felt anything. Thank you to the entire staff for the care and exceptional service! Highly recommended.

I am extremely angry and disturbed by the behavior I witnessed today at King’s Hospital while sitting in the waiting area. A man at the reception informed a nurse that a patient had been waiting for her for a very long time and eventually left, saying she would come back later because of the delay. Instead of showing any professionalism, concern, or even basic respect, the Indian nurse responded by saying “khali ywale” in a rude and dismissive manner. I genuinely could not believe what I was hearing. How is someone working in the healthcare sector speaking about patients like this? A patient waited for a long time, got tired of waiting, and instead of apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience, the response was sarcasm and disrespect. This is unacceptable. Patients come to hospitals because they are unwell, stressed, worried, or vulnerable. They should be treated with compassion and dignity, not spoken about like they are an annoyance. If staff members are comfortable speaking this way openly in front of visitors and patients, then it seriously raises concerns about the environment and professionalism inside the hospital. What made this even more embarrassing was that at the exact same time, one of the Emirati receptionists was showing actual kindness and professionalism — taking care of children in the waiting area, giving them stickers, and making families feel comfortable. The contrast between her respectful behavior and the nurse’s attitude was honestly shocking. As an Emirati, I find this behavior disgraceful and completely unacceptable. Healthcare workers represent the hospital, and this level of disrespect should never be tolerated in any medical environment. This issue needs to be addressed seriously because behavior like this damages trust in your hospital and leaves a very negative impression on patients and visitors. I also want a supervisor or someone responsible to contact me regarding this matter so I can make sure this complaint has been properly addressed and not ignored.

Had my annual health check-up here and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Zahra- the physician, the nurses and staff were exceptionally professional, efficient, and courteous—making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The guidance on reports and follow-up was spot-on, with clear next steps provided. As a healthcare professional myself, I appreciate centers that maintain high standards. Will definitely return next year! Thank you, team! 🙏

My husband and I went to get our annual health check up done and everything was seamless from the start of the booking the appointment to the test and consultation. Bilal was extremely helpful and organized and made sure everything was done on time. The courtesy, the timeliness, the communication has been seamless and most importantly the wait time was minimal. Thank you Bilal for your swift response and action and making our visit seamless.

I had such a positive experience at King’s Jumeirah Medical Centre and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I had initially scheduled a tele-appointment, but after speaking with Dr Somaya, she immediately asked me to come in right away, which I truly appreciated. When I arrived, Nurse Ankita took me in I have very “moving” veins that tend to hide, and I was quite dehydrated — something that usually makes drips uncomfortable for me. However, Nurse Ankita and Nurse Jhinal were incredibly skilled and gentle. I honestly didn’t feel any pain during the IV insertion, which is rare for me. Their calm reassurance made a huge difference. Dr. Somaya checked in on me twice during my visit to make sure I was doing okay, which made me feel very safe and cared for. That level of attentiveness is something you don’t always see. What also stood out was how seamless everything was afterward. My prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy, and by the time I got there, my medication was already prepared. I simply collected and paid — and I was also given the option to have the medicines delivered to my home via text message, which is such a convenient touch. Overall, the experience was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. Thank you to Dr. Somaya, Nurse Ankita, and Nurse Jhinal for taking such wonderful care of me. I’m truly grateful. 🌷
