We have been coming in and out for general check up at Kims Health Medical clinic in Deira , and we gladly say that they give full attention and great service for my family. The clinic is very organised and very clean. No appointment to be made, you will be taken care of as you enter the clinic. Location is just down the metro station.

I had a very positive experience at KIMS Health Medical Center. The staffs are accommodating, friendly, and professional. From the reception team to the administrative staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful. The service was efficient, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. I highly recommend this medical center for its excellent patient care and outstanding customer service. Dr. Joselito (GP Doctor) is a very approachable and knowledgeable GP who takes the time to listen carefully to his patients' concerns. He provides clear and detailed explanations, making sure that patients fully understand their condition and treatment options. What I appreciate most is that he does not simply prescribe medication without identifying the root cause of the problem. Instead, he recommends the necessary laboratory tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the most appropriate treatment. His caring and professional approach makes patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident in the care they receive. Highly recommended. Dr. Roubeel is an excellent orthopedic doctor who genuinely listens to his patients. He takes time to understand concerns, provides clear and informative answers, and focuses on identifying the underlying cause of the condition rather than just treating the symptoms. His professional yet friendly approach makes patients feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan he recommends.

Last week in the evening, I called the reception to ask if Dr. Joselito Dagondon would be available the following morning at 7:30 AM. The receptionist informed me that he was on emergency leave. I then asked when he would be returning to work, but I was told that they did not know. Despite this, my partner and I still went to the clinic the next morning because we needed our routine check-up and laboratory test requests. Since Dr. Joselito was unavailable, we consulted with Dr. Aqsa, who was on duty that morning. After receiving our laboratory results, I called the reception again to ask if Dr. Joselito would be available the following day, as we specifically wanted him to interpret our results. Once again, the receptionist told me that she did not know when Dr. Joselito would return and advised me to call again the next day. The following morning at 7:30 AM, my partner and I returned to the clinic to have our laboratory results reviewed. I again asked whether Dr. Joselito was on duty that day. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that he might be available at around 9:15 AM, although she was not certain. She also insisted that we see Dr. Aqsa since she was the doctor we had initially consulted. However, I explained that Dr. Joselito was the doctor we originally wanted to see and requested to wait for him instead. I informed the receptionist that we would come back later and take our chances because we genuinely wanted Dr. Joselito to interpret our laboratory results, even though his availability was still uncertain. We returned at around 9:30 AM and found that Dr. Joselito was indeed on duty. We were able to consult with him and have our laboratory results explained. I understand that this situation may seem inappropriate because I first consulted Dr. Aqsa and later went to Dr. Joselito for the interpretation of our laboratory results. However, Dr. Joselito was the doctor we originally intended to see from the beginning. Had the reception staff been able to provide accurate information regarding his return date, we would have simply scheduled our visit accordingly. We still proceeded with our check-up despite being told that Dr. Joselito was unavailable because we wanted to know whether, after three months, our blood sugar levels and overall health had improved and whether our laboratory results were within normal limits. I hope this situation does not happen again to other patients. The reception staff should have accurate information regarding doctors' schedules and availability. Patients rely on this information when planning their visits. Unfortunately, this lack of communication resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time on our part.

The doctors’ treatment and attitude are very good. They are professional, caring, and take the time to explain the treatment properly. However, the nursing section needs improvement. The service is slow, and waiting times are too long. Better coordination and faster patient handling would greatly improve the overall experience.

Dr. Saranya Sridhar Naidu (Gynecologist) and her sister, Sini Verghese, are both very supportive and caring. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help are truly appreciated. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Saranya Sridhar Naidu. She is highly supportive, compassionate, and professional. Her sister, Sini Verghese, is equally supportive and helpful. I am grateful for their care and encouragement.
