From the moment I stepped into the hospital, the cleanliness, organization, and professional atmosphere immediately stood out. The reception staff welcomed me with warm smiles and handled the registration process with efficiency and courtesy. Despite being a busy facility, everything was running smoothly and on time. What truly impressed me was the quality of medical care. The doctors at KIMS are not only highly qualified and experienced but also incredibly patient and empathetic. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained the diagnosis and treatment options in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The nursing staff deserves a special mention. Their gentle attitude, attentiveness, and quick response time made a huge difference during my visit. Whether it was checking vitals, assisting with procedures, or simply offering a kind word, they went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for and at ease. Another highlight was the hospital’s state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities. From diagnostic tests to pharmacy services, everything was available under one roof, making the entire process convenient and stress-free. The hospital maintains strict hygiene and safety standards, which is very reassuring, especially in today’s times. In addition, the billing and insurance process was handled transparently and without confusion. The administrative staff were polite and guided me through each step with professionalism. It is much simpler to visit doctors at the clinic as compared to this pharmacy. The staff here lacks interest in providing proper treatment to customers. They should at least consider the patients waiting in front of them and make an effort to display some decency.

Well stocked pharmacy with everything covered by insurance. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and explains how to take the medicine very patiently. While I was waiting I saw one gentleman suddenly shouting on the staff in Arabic becoz Insurance had rejected one of his medicines. But clinic staff were very decent - they offered him that they will again speak to his insurance company and try to get it pass. I was like "Hello, just see the difference in behaviour between the clinic staff who are going out of their way to help and this rude person shouting on them for what is not even their responsibility." I am also a sales staff, I know what that feels like. Hats off to the staff who remained smiling even for such kind of ppl.

Worst behavior of the Pharmacy staff. Even after asking them 2 times they were least interested in giving the medicine.

Very bad. Seems management in inefficient to take any action.
