Avoid this salon at all costs! The staff hairdresser told me a wash, blow dry with simple soft waves is 200aed (an appropriate rate in Dubai for mid to high end hotel salons) I agreed, took the service which was fine. When I went to pay the female owner came to the till she held the card machine close to her chest when typing the amount so I could not see (she did not say the amount out loud) only asked my give me your card! I said, “sorry I can’t see the machine you are holding it away from me how much please?” She said 370AED!!! I told her we agreed 200AED and no salon in Dubai would charge this amount especially one of this standard (it is not luxurious inside, tbey do not offer water, tea or coffee tbey don’t have a machine) she was very agressive rude and unkind telling me I knew the price I have to pay now almost shouting to pressurise me. I hadn’t declined paying I was explaining this was not the agreed amount. I tried to call the hairdresser tp explain by this time the owner told him go away. I felt so embarrassed by this treatment I had been scammed. The owner was so aggressive I just paid so I could leave that’s how uncomfortable it was. It’s the worst salon experience I have ever had!! Please do not go there you will be scammed. Any good reviews on here are from the old owner not the new one.
The service was amazing, I loved it😍 everyone there was so professional and friendly. The expert there examined my hair and she gave me the right consultation for my hair. I will definitely come back and I already agreed on a package for hair treatment for my hair. Much love ❤️ 😍

Wow! What an amazing experience. If you get a chance to come here you absolutely have to see Mohamed. He is also a barber. You can bring your whole family and he will make everyone look great enough for family photos. The owner is a very very nice and helpful person. He is also very knowledgeable about the city. If you have any questions you can ask him. During my visit Mohamed washed and styled my hair to perfection. He was so friendly and kind. We had the best conversations. By the end of my visit we knew all about each others family!! And he even told me where to get good deals for shopping. Any time I come to Dubai, I will come back and visit my new friends.
