Ketone is a great little lab that I randomly stumbled upon online. The receptionist was super nice, and gave us all the information we needed, all with a big smile on her face. The nurse who did the tests for us was also very sweet, knowledgeable and a pro at withdrawing blood (barely felt any pain)! My family and I are probably going to only do our bloodwork from here going forth. I recieved my results in just a few hours which was lovely. Thank you for that!

The facility itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a comfortable environment. the moment I entered Ketone laboratory, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist miss Vichelle, who made me feel welcome right away. Shortly after, I met with Dr. Mona, the pathologist, who was exceptional. She took the time to explain everything about my case in detail, making me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the process. When it was time for the lab work, the lab technician miss Asma was incredibly kind and skilled. I’m someone who’s usually afraid of needles, but she was so gentle that I didn’t feel any pain at all. The entire experience was seamless and positive. I’m very happy with the care and service I received at Ketone and highly recommend them to everyone. If you need a test done, go directly to Ketone as tests are affordable and you’ll be treated with professionalism and warmth. From there, you can confidently take your results to your doctor.
