Finishing the Kaya Yoga teacher’s training in Mexico City and I have to say that it was the best experience and gift I could have given to myself. Three months of growth, learning, connection, laughter, tears, challenges and transformation! The course didn’t give me only ability to teach but it helped me understand my body on a deeper level and step outside my comfort zone. I’m so grateful for every teacher , practice, conversation and every beautiful soul I met along the way !! Thank you Kaya Yoga ❤️💫✨

I had a wonderful experience with the Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training at Kaya Yoga Therapy. The course is well-structured and goes beyond postures, integrating anatomy, breathwork, and the science behind yoga in a very practical way. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, with a strong emphasis on alignment, awareness, and mindful teaching. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic and responsible yoga education. Will definitely recommend it to people around me.

I took this course in Mexico City after five years of practicing yoga, and I learned a lot. The teachers were amazing and incredibly supportive throughout the training. The anatomy classes were not particularly strong from a pedagogical perspective. However, I ended up learning much more anatomy during the in-person sessions with the teachers than through the online classes. I would also recommend thinking twice before joining the course if you are working a full-time job, as the workload is very demanding. If you have other major commitments and cannot make the training a priority, it may be difficult (but not impossible) to keep up with all the requirements. Other than that, I feel very confident in my teaching after completing the program. I still have a lot to learn and many years of growth ahead of me, but this training provided me with a strong foundation and the confidence to begin teaching yoga.

The YTT I did at Kaya Yoga was amazing from start to finish. We worked with different teachers and learned so many valuable things from each of them. Understanding anatomy helped me go deeper in my yoga practice and move more mindfully, which makes me really happy. Both the classes and the teaching part helped me grow a lot. Now I feel more confident while teaching yoga. I can easily modify poses for different bodies and needs. I’ve also learned how to read people’s posture and breath to create the right class for them. This is very meaningful to me. I’m truly thankful to Kaya Yoga and my classmates. I highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kaya Yoga. The teachers were so knowledgeable but explained things in a way that actually made sense, and the whole course was really well paced. Everything builds gradually, with lots of revisiting and practice, so by the end I felt confident instead of stressed or confused. I was also able to do a headstand by the end, which was a huge accomplishment. One thing I loved is that we started teaching from the first weekend and kept teaching throughout, which really helped my confidence grow naturally. The space never felt intimidating, just supportive and super welcoming, very accessible to everyone. On top of that, I met some truly amazing, like-minded women who I know will be lifelong friends. It was genuinely a life-changing experience and I’d recommend it to anyone thinking about becoming a yoga teacher or even just deepening their practice.
