However, the pricing is on the higher side, and at times there may be slight delays despite having an appointment. Improving time management would make the experience even better. Overall, a reliable clinic for skincare needs, especially if you’re looking for professional treatments, but there’s room for improvement in pricing and scheduling.

I reached out to Kaya Clinic Mirdif after seeing an advertisement for 3 services at AED 199, which I understood to include WonderFace. When I confirmed this via WhatsApp, I was told the offer was for a basic facial only — not WonderFace as advertised. The communication was unclear and felt misleading from the start. When I called the clinic to clarify and ask about continuing with 6 WonderFace sessions at the same promotional price, the staff member on the phone was dismissive and rude. This is not the standard of care expected from a clinic charging premium prices for medical aesthetic treatments. The WhatsApp follow-up confirmed WonderFace is AED 850 + VAT per session (AED 425 with 50% discount for 6 sessions) — which is fair pricing — but the lack of transparency upfront and the unprofessional attitude made me lose confidence in this branch entirely. I would strongly suggest Kaya management review the communication style and advertising clarity at this branch. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. Other branches may be better — this review is specific to the Mirdif location.

I had a good experience with body contour package at Kaya Sport Society Branch. I had completed 3 sessions and I can see a noticeable difference in my tummy area, it feels more toned. My Therapist Teju is professional and she explained every step clearly which made me feel comfortable all throughout my sessions. Really happy and excited to see more improvement after the package ❤️.

I had a very disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a top skincare clinic. I booked my appointments more than a month in advance and then with only a few days notice I was informed that two of them were being cancelled because the clinic was moving to a new location. Since I am in the middle of a laser treatment plan the timing of the sessions matters so that I do not lose progress, but I received no proper support or rescheduling. I was only told that they would let me know the updated schedule and nothing was done to accommodate me. I requested a refund for both my laser treatment package and my lymphatic drainage package. I was told I could not get a refund on the laser because it was purchased on an offer where you buy three sessions and get three free even though they were the ones who cancelled the remaining sessions. I was also told I could only receive a partial refund for the lymphatic drainage package because it was also purchased on an offer. The appointments were cancelled with barely an apology and no effort to make up for the inconvenience or the time and money wasted. There are many clinics now that provide better technology and much better customer care. I chose Kaya because it is a well known brand and I expected excellent service but the experience proved the opposite and the quality clearly does not match the reputation.

I had a wonderful experience with Sony . The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me confidence in their services.
