I came in distressed looking for someone who could fix my nails before a wedding I was attending on the weekend. Sahar, one of the nail techs did this beautiful chrome french gel tips set for me. She was very calm and quickly fixed anything I didn’t like. She gave me cleanest lines and her attention to detail is no joke. And all the staff seemed so friendly and supportive of each other. I would def recommend. Thank you Sahar!
I always come here and I’m never disappointed. The service is consistently great, staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Shadi is truly amazing, talented, professional, genuinely passionate about what he does, and always knows exactly what I need, even when I don’t! Whether it’s a cut, colour, or styling, he gets it perfect every time and brings it to life flawlessly. I trust him completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I had my first visit to this salon and I’m already impressed. Mohamed and Jameel did an excellent job on my hair, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I'm also very happy with my nails; everything turned out perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and professional. This definitely won’t be my last visit. This was one of the most traumatizing salon experiences I’ve ever had. I went to Karin and Amin for highlights, and instead of what I asked for, they convinced me to bleach my *entire head*. I trusted them — and that was a mistake. The very next day, my scalp started burning, itching terribly, and I noticed **large brown spots** all over my head. After just two washes, my hair was already breaking off in chunks, especially at the back. It’s now fried, brittle, and damaged beyond recognition. I’ve never felt so humiliated or devastated by what happened to my hair and scalp. I contacted them *over and over*, begging for help. They ignored me for days. When they finally responded, they told me to “wait two days” and it would get better. It didn’t. They promised to send me something to fix the damage — and then completely disappeared. No help. No apology. No responsibility. I asked for a refund and a number to contact management — they made excuses and then went silent again. I’ve been left with a burned scalp, broken hair, and so much emotional stress over this. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Please think twice before trusting them with your hair. I will be raising a formal complaint with DED.
