Their assistance made a stressful and time‑sensitive situation much easier to manage. Fatimah handled everything with outstanding care, patience, and professionalism. Her kindness, clarity, and willingness to help truly made a meaningful difference. The services are well organized, and everything is clearly directed, making it easy to understand where to go and what to follow for each process. Overall, the system is efficient and structured well. However, I have a small suggestion for improvement. The counter staff could be more welcoming and supportive, especially for first time visitors or those who are not familiar with the process. At times, they seem less approachable and do not provide detailed guidance when multiple questions are asked. Improving this aspect would make the overall experience much better for everyone.

Never come to this place. Dirty and unsafe area. There is some place you had better avoid to visit. This medical center is definitely one of them.

It’s a large center where everything is indoors. You can complete your medical test, typing, and training all in one place. The service is fast, professional, and courteous on every floor and at every stage. The training room equipment works perfectly, including the sound and headphones, and the chairs are very comfortable. The female restroom also clean and good. Thank you.
