Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had been considering trying this place for a while, but unfortunately it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. From the moment I entered, there was a clear lack of basic customer service. The receptionist (I believe his name was Amin) immediately stated the price without explaining anything about the services. When I asked simple questions, I received vague and unhelpful answers, which gave a very poor first impression. The treatment room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable for a massage environment that is supposed to be relaxing. The therapist had serious communication issues and could not speak or understand English, making it very difficult to explain even basic requests. When I tried to ask for the AC to be turned on, it was instead turned off, which made the situation worse. The massage itself was not professional at all. The technique felt aggressive and careless rather than therapeutic. At certain points, it was actually painful and uncomfortable, especially around my neck and toes. Overall, this was far from a relaxing or professional experience. I would not recommend this place, and I strongly suggest management improve staff training, communication, and overall service standards.
