I am so grateful to have found Shahana Ramesh as my physiotherapist! She is truly amazing and incredibly talented. From my very first session, she demonstrated a deep understanding of my issues and pinpointed exactly where the problem lay. What impresses me most is her ability to tailor her approach based on my needs, making each session feel personalized and effective. I've often found relief by the second session, which speaks volumes about her expertise and skill. Shahana warm and supportive demeanor also makes the experience comfortable and encouraging. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking effective physiotherapy. You won't be disappointed!

I had been nursing neck pain with dizziness & headache radiating behind my ears into my temples for 2 weeks. After trying home treatment, with no results, I consulted Dr Abhay Dandawate who recommended 5 sessions of Physiotherapy at JTS Medical Centre along with medications for my Cervical Spondylitis. Shahana Ramesh, my physiotherapist at JTS Medical Centre did my session & in couple of sessions within a week...my pain became considerably less & the muscle spasm had reduced. Shahana Ramesh has magical hands, along with Manual massage, Ultrasound massage & electrical stimulation, she brought me back to good health, healed me of Cervical Spondylitis. Highly recommend Shahana Ramesh to all those looking for a good physiotherapist.

My physiotherapy experience at JTS was truly excellent. Shahana, the physiotherapist, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Before coming to JTS, I had completed five sessions at Aster, but unfortunately, they didn't bring much relief. However, after just five sessions at JTS, my back pain was reduced by about 70%. I'm really grateful for the care and support I received here.

Late last year, I had a lower back muscle pain and was unable to get out of bed for over 5 days. After I started physio at JTS I was able to walk and re join work after 6 sessions. Dr. A.Dhandavate was fantastic. Physiotherapist Dr. Sunakshi was brilliant and I highly recommend JTS .
