Worst home care company in EVER! Please stay away from this company if you truly care for your family. Their nurses are obviously inexperienced. I hired one to take care of my grandad and she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't even insert an IV line the proper way - one of the basic tasks you'd expect from a nurse. She also couldn't follow simple instructions due to her poor language skills. I called them and asked for a replacement and she turned out to be even worse than the first one so I just had to cancel the service. Thank God I'd only paid for one week as they refused to provide any refund. A few days after I canceled, an acquaintance of mine, who knew someone that used to work for the company, told me I should've never have signed for any of their services. She told me that most of their nurses come from Nepal with FAKE WORK EXPERIENCES provided by a fake hospital in Nepal !!!! And that they don't provide the nurses with any training or guidance in home care before they send them to a client's home ( something that was very apparent to me). She also told me that they charge these clearly unqualified nurses thousands of dirhams with the promise of a job in Dubai - obviously in exchange for the fake work experience!!! Again, if you truly care for your family you'd look somewhere else.

She quickly earned the patient’s trust and handled every need with care and attentiveness. She ensured he stayed hydrated, guided him through his physiotherapist-recommended exercises, and even took the initiative to remind him of prayer times a gesture that meant a great deal to him and to our family. Her commitment and kindness made a tremendous difference. Dr. Sarah was also spectacular. Her continuous support, regular follow-ups, and genuine concern for the patient’s well-being provided us with great comfort and reassurance. She was always available, always understanding, and consistently went above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and highly recommend this company to anyone seeking high-quality, compassionate elderly care.
