I was informed that treatment would commence upon insurance approval. However, for a period of ten days, I encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the clinic. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via three provided telephone numbers, I received no answer. Furthermore, when I inquired about the cost of services to initiate treatment independently, communication ceased entirely. This prolonged period of silence and the inability to obtain basic information, even regarding pricing, demonstrated a profound lack of customer service. I would not recommend this clinic, and I strongly suggest they invest in comprehensive customer service training to address these significant deficiencies.
JHopkins is truly the best! All the doctors are highly professional. I regularly visit for teeth cleaning and braces adjustments, and Dr. Dina is amazing—she’s not only skilled but also super friendly and approachable. I also see the chiropractor, Dr. Rustom, who has done wonders for my back after an accident. Additionally, I tried their HydraFacial, and my face is now glowing! What I love most about JHopkins is the variety of services they offer all in one clinic. It’s incredibly convenient, and the quality of care is exceptional. I had a wonderful experience with jhopkins clinic. I took my son for his dental checkup. The services that I received were excellent. The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. Especially Pediatric dentist Dr. Dura is such an incredible doctor. Not only she is very professional and understanding, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such professionalism and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!
