Very fast if you have VIP application. My medical (including blood test and x-ray) and fingerprint collection finished in 15 minutes. All the staff was very helpful and kind.
The place itself is very nice. But to wait for three hours to just get a stamp to proceed with tests, absolutely ruined my day off, spent there 4 hours to do tests whic take 10 minutes. Token system is not smart at all. Otherwise clean and comfortable place but that token system is incredibly slow.
I had read various negative comments about this medical center and was quite apprehensive before approaching the place. I was particularly worried about the ques and coupon system. The JLT center was the only option considering the distance and location. Therefore, on 9th July, I thought I will visit this place just to book an appointment for a future date. I went there at around 1 in the afternoon. I had also read about the rude security guards and the long ques out on the street therefore, my expectations were at the rock bottom. But, it was such a refreshing experience, the security guards on reception counter( all 3 of them) not only dealt with me in the most courteous manner but were so helpful that arranged the blood test immediately. I was in and out of the medical center in less than 10 minutes. I highly commend the kind and professional attitude of the guards and the facility staff. They are doing a wonderful job. The parking facility could be looked in to especially when all the spaces near the building are closed off.
The only issue - is the parking, however nice security guard asked me to make a round and kept a place for me. I applied for VIP service, so was done with registration and blood test literally in 10 mins. Amazing nurses from Kerala made me feel welcome. Thanks! Unreasonable low rating in my opinion
Not well organise, waiting time more than 3 hours, staff not polite, knowing what Dubai Govt are spending a lot of energy and resources for customer services and happiness this center is to be reviewed. Worst in the waiting period to get your result any normal place is 3 days there it's 7 days. So please don't go there. Good luck
