I visited this salon recently and had a wonderful experience. My colorist, Deni, understood exactly what I wanted from the very beginning. He created the perfect cool grey tone — exactly the color I had in mind. The atmosphere in the salon is very pleasant and relaxing, and Deni was extremely attentive and professional throughout the process. Most importantly, I absolutely love the final result. Highly recommend!

came to do a keratin at the salon, knowing that I’ve been doing this for over 10 years and I know exactly what to expect, the salon confirmed that the product is organic and the quality is really good and not harmful at all, on the first day and just after applying the product by Ali Can I felt my scalp irritated specifically the front of my hair, on the next day I could see the dandruff then I went to the second session to wash it and apply the mask, Umutu did it for me and right after washing I could see the curls and the dandruff, I informed him and he said give it some time and then we can check, here and after a week I contacted the booking team and they asked for photos and clarifications I will skip this part as the team was not helpful at all and without checking they started to blame me and my hair care routine and the products I’m using ignoring the disappointment I was feeling because of the very bad result it was like I literally haven’t done anything but wasting time and puting heat on my hair for no reason at all. They offered consultation and I went again and the appointment was with Umutu who saw that my hair needs to be done again (photo is attached), but he asked Hade to do it instead of him, when they washed my hair they were surprised by the status of my hair and Hade honestly was very polite and stepped in and patiently and very professionally did my hair and he stayed late and the process took over 3 and a half hours. (Photo with the staight hair) Maybe without Hade I would still got the same bad result. The client time and effort and money is very valuable and we’re paying to get the result promised by you. Unfortunately I still have to resolve the dandruff issue and the hair breakage because of the heat

Extremely disappointing experience. Before my appointment, I showed multiple reference photos of both the color and the technique I wanted. I was repeatedly assured that the result could be achieved. The color was also discussed in detail and approved by the salon team themselves. Unfortunately, the final result was nowhere close to what was promised. Neither the color nor the technique resembled the references I had shown—not even remotely. Had I been told honestly that the requested look could not be achieved, I would have appreciated the transparency and made a different decision. What made the experience even worse was the way my concerns were handled afterward. When I explained that the result did not look anything like the references I had provided, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the conversation was shifted toward nationality, with comments suggesting that people of certain nationalities are always difficult to satisfy or are never happy with the results. I found this highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. A client’s disappointment should be evaluated based on the quality of the work delivered, not attributed to their nationality. In the end, I lost both my time and my money, and left with hair that I am very unhappy with. A professional salon should be honest about its capabilities, take responsibility when expectations are not met, and treat every client with respect regardless of their background. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

He colored my hair exactly the way I asked, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The entire team was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
