Its Beauty Ladies Salon – Business Bay

I visited It’s Beauty salon in Business bay and I was very satisfied with the service. Staff is really friendly and welcome you with a nice coffee. My experience with gel manicure was great and they have a lot of choice of colors!

I am very disappointed with the quality of this manicure. After only two days, one of my nails broke, and two days later, another one broke as well. The polish started peeling off in less than a week, which is completely unacceptable for a Russian manicure that is normally expected to last at least three weeks without any issues. In addition, the top coat used appears to be of poor quality. It started turning dark/yellowing, which is especially noticeable on a French manicure and significantly affects the overall appearance. I contacted the salon to let them know that it was not normal for the polish to peel and for my nails to break within such a short time, but I never received any response. Beyond the poor quality of the service itself, the lack of customer care and follow-up is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I cannot recommend this salon.

I honestly never leave reviews, but this one is more than deserved. Fattona is absolutely incredible. She did my eyebrows better than anyone ever has, and I am genuinely obsessed with the result. She is caring, gentle, patient, perfectionist, and pays attention to every tiny detail to make sure everything looks flawless. You can truly feel how much passion she puts into her work, and she makes you feel comfortable and cared for from the first minute. Perfect shape, perfect precision, perfect experience. Honestly, she is a gem and Beauty deserves recognition for having someone like her on their team. Thank you Fattona for making me feel so beautiful. You are amazing at what you do ❤️

I had one of the worst salon experiences here and I strongly advise anyone who values the health of their nails to avoid this place. I came for a simple manicure — just a basic cleaning and regular nail polish. I have never in my life put gel on my nails, because I always take care to keep them natural and healthy. Despite this, the manicurist used the electric drill machine normally meant for gel removal directly on my natural nails. This was completely unnecessary, careless, and extremely damaging. The result? All of my nails are now severely damaged. The nail surface is scratched, weak, and has redness. My nails, which were always strong before, have now become fragile and break constantly — all because of their unprofessional method. When I asked the manicurist if this was really their way of removing dead skin, she said “yes.” Later, when I complained, management admitted they also have the traditional method but the technician didn’t inform me or offer me the choice. They gave nothing but empty apologies. A real professional should know that every client’s nails are different. Many of their regular clients may have strong nails from constant gel use, but for someone like me who has never touched gel in her life, the damage is far worse. This was a hideous, irresponsible, and unprofessional experience. I have reported this salon to Dubai’s Consumer Protection department due to the severe damage caused to my natural nails. I hope this prevents future clients from experiencing the same unprofessional treatment. Edit: The manager later contacted me to apologize and offered a Japanese Halal Nail Treatment to help repair and strengthen my nails. I went back and tried it — the treatment left my nails looking shiny, and I’m hoping it helps restore their health soon.

This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I requested a specific design, and instead of telling me they couldn’t do it, they improvised something completely different from what I asked for. On top of that, after only 3 days my cuticles were already fully visible, as if the manicure was two weeks old. One of the nails even lifted and broke, and they hurt my ring finger during the process. I’m attaching photos of the design I wanted and how my nails looked just a few days later, so the difference is clear. A very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
