I had an amazing experience today in the clinic they are very welcoming and they have an amazing service. The doctor was very honest and he gave me and my friend his honest opinion on what I should do to my face and he wanted to start with me from the first steps. The manager of the clinic was very welcoming too she gave us everything we wanted and helped us in everything. I loved the clinic and we will surely be coming back.
Unfortunately i choose ISAPS clinic and Dr Nassser to do lips fillers and under eye fillers. At least this was my request, but the Dr. said he will make a much better treatment called RF with much better results. Therefore i paid for a 3 RF sessions with the promise that after 2 sessions i will see 70% results. Anyhow there were 0 results so after the 2nd session I asked the Dr to make for me fillers and he promised that he will do, just let me finish the 3rd session of RF. After the 3rd session when I went back to him, he told he that he never said he will do fillers under eyes for me and that he cannot help me anymore from now on, i should just wait for about 4 weeks as the collagen is taking time to recover and bla bla bla and that he will contact me after to come for a follow up consultation and to see the results... bla bla. Anyhow of course until now no one contacted me, plus there are no results. and the worse is that i posted my feedback on their Instagram and they blocked my account. And THEY DELETED MY COMMENTS. Imagine they do like this with all customers who have bad experience with them and no one get to know their real intentions. Only they look to get money from people who come there with hopes, and trust that a doctor will keep his medical promise, and the clinic and the Dr doesn’t care at all about your satisfaction. Even for my lips there are no results after injecting 1ml of acid, as all acid moved up on top of my lip, and the doctor just blamed the previous clinic where i did my fillers in the past and with which i was happy. I definitely don’t recommend the clinic nor the doctor after the terrible experience i had and after i saw how they just delete my feedback and block my Instagram account so i cannot comment anymore. And they did this with 3 instagram accounts 😂 this is such a cheap behavior especially when you talk about a medical environment!!!! Definitely i donnt recommend!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
