I would like to highlight the amazing staff at the centre, special thanks to vita Mo words can express how thankful I am for her generosity, she stayed with me the whole time in the MRI room holding my hand and never left my side. Vita if you are reading this thank you and you will always be in my prayers. Thanks to the radiologist who didn’t rush through things and gave me the space and time to be comfortable and proceed.
It’s been an absolute torture to do MRI with contrast at this center. They call you like hundred times before the appointment. They remind you several times “don’t be late for the appointment”, but when you reach there, they keep you waiting for 15-20 minutes. Hygiene levels of the facility and the nurse are way below average! Seems that concept of cleanliness and the fact that they’re dealing with patients’ health and safety has not been defined. The nurse couldn’t do the IV on the back of my right hand correctly but still insisted on turning the needle around under the skin !!!! So I ended up with a swollen right hand which now is purple and blue (after 2 days). So she calls for help from a colleague and he does the IV on my left hand. Consider being in an MRI machine for so long, being too uncomfortable, having a painful hand and tissues of all sort stuck on your face! By far this is the worst medical center I’ve seen in many years in the UAE.
One of the best and highest quality X-ray and MRI centers in the Emirates. Thank you very much, Mr. Ahmed Hassan. He is very cooperative, friendly, and very respectful in his dealings.
Honestly It looked more like a 5 star hotel rather than a radiology center. This center has sufficient public parking. Entire staff of IRC were very helpful. The place where IRC is located was great. Away from busy traffic noice.
We were fortunate to visit IRC Taawun Branch — the location is excellent, with convenient parking available. The reception staff were professional and welcoming. Dr. Basim conducted the scanning session with exceptional care and expertise, explaining each step patiently and thoroughly. The final report was issued promptly within just 15 minutes.
