I had my tonsils removed by Doctor Mohammadreza Tabari, what a great doctor — professional and highly skilled. The surgery was very easy, and I got well n 2 weeks. The only thing I might give a liwer rate is the food, however I am not counting that because maybe my convalescence required such foods.

I just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Fatemeh Sadat Miri. She recently delivered my beautiful grandchild via C-section, and I couldn't be happier. She’s not only an incredibly skilled doctor but also such a lovely, kind, and professional person. She made my daughter-in-law feel so safe and comfortable. We are so lucky to have had her by our side. Thank you, doctor! 🙏🏻✨️🩷

Today I visited the Dental Department at Iranian Hospital and had my teeth cleaning done. I chose the advanced cleaning, and I’m extremely happy with the results. My teeth are so white, shiny, and beautiful. Mr. Ahmed did an excellent job , very professional and attentive. I’m truly satisfied with the service. Thank you so much!

I brought my wife who is pregnant 6 weeks, after making the payment AED 180 at the reception, was advised to see the nurse who is very rude not having good English to explain things properly as well rude enough. If she has personal problems in her private life, she doesn’t have to bring it work. When doctors scan her stomach, they can not see what is going on and mentioned that her device is not working well, she can not see properly and recommend ultrasound which I paid extra AED 450, the lady at the reception of radiology was not professional, does not have smile on her face but frowned to me. When I asked about the procedure what is going to happen next, her answer was just wait and see or go to radiology room and knock the door and ask nurse but I said that I recpect other patients and can’t do it. We are as patients paying your salary, therefore you have to at least show some respect to your patients as well as provide proper customer service. After waiting quite a long time once the report is ready, the doctor who advised us to do ultrasound left the duty without any hand over to other staff. Someone has to explain me about the report but there is nobody except another gynecologist who you need to pay again AED 180 for consultation. Why your patients have to pay twice for the same type of doctor with 2 hours. For me payment is not an issue, but they always try to ask you to do some payment for something, you feel like your getting scammed at the hospital which I never seen before. They said that follow up checks are complimentary within 7 days, but you can not find your same doctor anymore, they say you need pay again to another doctor even though you visited this hospital yesterday with the same issue. I requested the receptionist that I would like to give feedback and talk to manager on duty, but she said it it what it is. It seems like nobody controlling the staf, they do not do follow up calls with your lab tests. Everything, you need to chase but never get proper answer. The same had happened when I brought my 1 year old son. The same bureaucracy. Again today I had to brought my wife for emergency, again same issue, they attitude of receptionist, waiting time of doctor was very long, never expected to wait almost an hour for a doctor to come. I said to myself that I will never visit to this hospital again InshaAllah. 0 customer service. Very disappointed. Will report to Dubai Health Authority
