Hello All! I just wanted to let everyone know the AMAZING treatment and results I have had with the center. Within the first hour of my first session I was impressed with the definition and sculpture in my face. The doctors and stuff are very professional and kind. They have taken their time in explaining things throughly and have done an excellent job in tailoring each procedure for each clients individual needs. I highly recommend this center for any that has made the decision in caring for their themselves for years to come.
I went to the clinic for Botox. They ended up selling me Sculptra and filler, so the cost was much higher. When I wanted to return for a Botox touch-up because I didn't see results, they charged me an extra, without informing me beforehand that it wasn't included (the touch-up within 10-14 days is always included in the original payment). But that's not the problem; the biggest issue is that they never respect appointment times. For the first consultation, they took 3 hours to see me, and for the second, 2 hours. They kept me messaging for two days to confirm an appointment time, and when I arrived, on time, they saw me two hours late. They're completely disorganized, they don't keep records of patients or procedures. The receptionist doesn't know how to communicate or be helpful. A disaster, not recommended at all.
