It is difficult to put into words how grateful we are to Dr. Qasim and his wonderful team. Both of my parents have been under his care for years and have undergone cataract surgery with excellent results. Throughout every visit, Dr. Qasim has always treated them with kindness, patience, respect, and genuine care. Beyond being an outstanding ophthalmologist, he is a truly humble and compassionate person who makes patients feel comfortable and reassured. His team deserves special appreciation as well. They are always welcoming, professional, approachable, and ready to help whenever needed. Thank you, Dr. Qasim and the entire team, for the exceptional care you have provided to my parents over the years. We deeply appreciate everything you do and feel fortunate to have found such a dedicated and trustworthy team.

I was recommended Imperial Healthcare and Dr Vinod Gauba by a friend who had got treated with him. I have to say my experience has been really good and the results transformational. Everyone in the clinic looks after you and puts you at ease. The Quality of my life has improved after my trifocal lense replacement and I would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering with deteriorating eyesight. Thank you to everyone at the Team at Imperial Healthcare!

Excellent service. Administration will take care of you approvals and billing along with getting the pharmacy approvals for the medication. Pre med investigation and preparation is thorough. On the day of your operation you are kept comfortable as your eye is dilated ready for the procedure , this took a couple of hours for me ( time will vary from patient to patient ( I took ear buds snd listened to music while waiting for my eye to dialate. The procedure is not stressful, you put blues on over your clothes. Lie on a bed where you knees are cushioned to remove lower back stress, your head is in a firm low pillow. Your eye is taped open and a cover with like an open snorkel is placed over the eye and covering the other eye. You will be staring at a very bright light ( likely blurred - that's why you are here) there is a lot of fluid going on your eye - it has a relaxing effect. Dr Gauba will be working looking theough a microscope. You have to make an effort to keep still but it is mot difficult. The procedure last just a few minutes, when the new lens is put it that light you have been looking at is suddenly clear. There is no pain. The feeling is a little scratchy that is all. The result is immediate but you will keep a patch over your eye for a day or two. There are lots of drops to administer every couple of hours. Sleeping is easy. There is no pain after antithetic wears off there is a feeling of an itch but not enough to irritate. Concerning Washing and showering- my best solution is to buy a pair of swimming goggles and wear them in the shower. The second operation on the other eye is easier and there was no real stress or pain on the previous procedure. Healing takes time, I experienced a little bit of blur of traffic lights at distance when driving at night. Colours are once again remarkably bright and rich like when you were a child. I heartily recommend this clinic.

I got my cataract procedure done by Dr Gauba at Imperial HealthCare and It was a great experience. I was quite nervous but Dr Gauba put me at ease, was very gentle and precise, prepared me and guided me through every step while operating on my eye. Grateful to him for my renewed vision. Would highly recommend him for his expertise.

Dr Qasim Has been our family ophthalmologist for 5 years now. He is one of the best eye specialists and patiently explains everything from a medical perspective. Overall the clinic is very clean, staff is very friendly and professional and always keep a schedule for all out appointments.
