I would like to clarify again that this situation happened because of mistakes from your side. I had also done the NT scan at your center, and even at that time the doctor did not show the baby to the mother during the scan. The same thing happened again during the anomaly scan. Another issue was regarding the gender reveal. While booking the appointment, I had clearly spoken with your staff about this. However, on the day of the scan, the female nurse and the receptionist told us that we would have to book an additional appointment just to know the baby’s gender. This was never communicated to us earlier. Also, when I tried to explain the issue, your staff were not ready to listen to my side completely. I have been working in the sales field for the past 7 years, and I strongly believe that when a customer raises a concern, it is important to listen and give proper attention. During both the NT scan and the anomaly scan, the doctor did not show the baby to the mother. Regarding the doctor consultation, your staff said that the patient must inform the doctor to invite the husband inside. But during the NT scan, the doctor herself invited me inside the cabin, so this explanation does not make sense. Anyway, one thing I understood from your review responses is that the customer is always the problem and your team is always right 👏🏻. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The staff were extremely kind and professional, taking the time to explain the procedure clearly and ensuring she felt comfortable throughout. The care and patience shown by the doctors and technicians helped ease her anxiety. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the reports were delivered on time. I just want to share my very disappointing experience at Ideal Diagnostic Centre, BurJuman, during my wife’s anomaly scan. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, and the staff behavior was very unprofessional. As a husband, I was very excited to be part of this special moment and to hear about my baby’s condition directly from the doctor. However, I was not invited in for an explanation, and no one informed me properly about the scan details, especially regarding the gender reveal. It was supposed to be one of the most memorable and happy days for us, but the lack of communication and poor staff attitude made it a very upsetting experience. I will never forget this day for the wrong reasons. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their patient care and communication.
