I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the behavior of one of your reception staff members during prayer time. I politely requested that the music be turned off or lowered out of respect for the Adhan and for those who wished to pray. However, the receptionist responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. He was clearly unwilling to stop the music and kept making excuses, claiming that there were people exercising and therefore the music could not be turned off. What disappointed me most was not only his refusal, but also his attitude and the way he spoke to me. His behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of customer service that should be expected from your staff. I would also like to point out that, in contrast, the female staff member was very respectful, polite, and professional in her communication. She handled the situation much better and represented the values of good customer service. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken regarding the receptionist involved in this incident. His rude attitude, lack of respect, and unwillingness to handle a reasonable request professionally were unacceptable. I trust that management will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary measures to ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. Excellent gym Good service and Great customer care team is always there
Extremely shitty and unprofessional place. Most of their 5 star reviews are given by their own staff. They’ll ask you to sign up and then not give you your schedule of choice. Most of their machines don’t work and all they know is to take your money and not deliver. Me and 2 more of my friends have had similar shitty experiences. I do not recommend at all! Ever since Yasir Khan has left, this place has gone down the drains.
Hyphen is not just a gym, it’s a place where you can truly transform. I’ve been there for events and the experience was amazing. Big thanks to Coach Norman , Coach Saleem, Magic, Satya and the rest of the staff, thank you all for the great support and hospitality. The facilities are excellent with very high standards. Highly recommended!
