I booked a 60-minute full body massage with scrub, but the entire 50 minutes was spent merely applying scrub cream all over my body, rather than providing the relaxation and relief I expected from a massage. When I asked if the actual massage would follow, I was shocked to learn that the scrub application was considered the massage. This was incredibly frustrating, as it felt far from the quality service I anticipated. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the receptionist was understanding and facilitated a refund, which I appreciated. However, I believe it's crucial for the therapist to clarify the difference between a scrub application and a full body massage to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Overall, I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed, and I hope this feedback leads to improvements.
WORST WORST ! WASTE OF MONEY They don’t know anything about Massage therapy ! Bad attitude and behavior by CANDY ! A place I will never go back again. I will request the iBis to change the management of this SpA as it is damaging iBis reputation 😕
