In 2023 I walked in one of the dental clinic here in dubai for the braces installation treatment and got rejected because of my teeth condition .After a year I decided to try again and I was lucky to find Houston Dental clinic Al Barsha where I was welcomed and the treatment started very smoothly and professional by one of the Doctors . After 8 months of treatment she got transferred and Doctor Mahima took over for the next 10 months . She gave me two options of treatment for my teeth alignment, one to teeth extraction and the other one none-extraction. I went for none extraction and she was so patient with me and used professionalism of the highest to make sure I got the best treatment that I needed. Iam so satisfied with the procedure and the result is soo incredible . I highly give credit to Dr Mahima for the incredible treatment she have given to me and Houston Clinic Al barsha at large. Thank you for accepting me . I recommend Houston clinic Al Basha Dental to everyone who has a condition as mine . They are so welcoming and there treatment is a top notch 👌

Just want to share a very disappointing experience my Husband in this clinic, we are very disappointed with the quality of service provided. We availed a summer offer worth AED 2,800, which included root canal treatment and dental crowns. Unfortunately, after only one year, all three crowns became detached from the treated teeth. We returned to the clinic to raise our concern and expected a reasonable solution, considering the amount we paid and the short lifespan of the crowns. However, instead of addressing the issue or offering assistance, we were simply told that we would need to pay again just to have the crowns glued back. This experience was very upsetting. Dental crowns are expected to last much longer than a year, and for a treatment costing AED 2,800, we expected better quality and aftercare. The lack of accountability and customer support has left us feeling that the service was not worth the amount we paid. I hope the clinic will improve both the quality of its dental work and how it handles patient complaints in the future. Very not recommendable clinic for dental services 😡
