Absolutely the best salon experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and truly pampered. A huge thank you to Ms. Faten and Samar — they are beyond amazing. Their professionalism, talent, and attention to detail are unmatched. They listened to exactly what I wanted, gave expert advice, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Terrible experience – do not recommend This is the 2nd day after a hard gel manicure, and it already looks terrible. Completely unacceptable workmanship. I also had classic lashes done for 410 AED, and less than 24 hours later they were clumped, glued together, and uncomfortable. I have been doing lashes for over 12 years and I have never had such a bad result—not even close. Poor technique, no attention to detail, and absolutely not worth the money. At these prices, basic quality and hygiene should be guaranteed. Honestly, people delivering this level of service should not be in business.

My nails came out cute, and the ladies doing them were amazing! Super polite and skilled. However, no pricing was discussed to me beforehand, nor was it listed on the website. I was only getting builder gel on my natural nails, so I didn’t think much of it. As I went to check out, they charged me 1500AED which is insane. I was told just to pay it and let management handle it later, but of course management never got back to me. Definitely scammers trying to take advantage wherever they can
