My husband bought a hearing device from this company, hoping it would help him. Unfortunately, the device stopped working properly only a short time after purchase. This was very disappointing for both of us, as he truly needed it. When we explained our situation—that we wanted to return the device and buy one from another company he had experience with before—the management was not understanding, and we were unable to get a refund. However, I should mention that Ms. Majda from the consultation department, as well as the lady at the reception, were both very polite. I would simply recommend being cautious when ordering a device from this company. If it does not work for you, returning it may be a problem.
