I recently underwent surgery at HMS Garhoud Hospital under the care of Dr. Sobhy Ismail. Having seen others with the same condition struggle through difficult recoveries, I was anxious about the procedure. However, my experience was completely different. Dr. Sobhy took the time to clearly explain my condition, treatment plan, and recovery process, which made all the difference. Thanks to his expertise and the compassionate care of the hospital team, my treatment and recovery were smooth and far easier than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Sobhy and HMS Garhoud Hospital for their excellent patient care and empathy.

I would like to sincerely thank the amazing team at the hospital for supporting me through one of the most difficult and emotional experiences of my life — the birth of my baby girl. My delivery was not easy. I first tried to give birth naturally, but eventually I had to go through a C-section. The recovery after that was physically and emotionally challenging, and this is exactly where the kindness and professionalism of the staff truly mattered. A very special thank you to Dr. Amel — thank you for your care, professionalism, patience, and support throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my baby. I also want to especially mention Jane and Crystal — they were absolutely incredible. They helped me with literally everything after my C-section. They never rushed me, never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was asking for too much. They understood how hard it was for me to move, stand up, and recover, and they supported me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. Their care made a huge difference during such a vulnerable moment in my life. There was also another nurse from India whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. At one point my legs became so numb and painful that I could barely stand, and she gently gave me a massage and helped me feel better. She treated me with so much empathy and humanity, and never once made me feel like I was being difficult or demanding. I will always remember that kindness. Many other nurses were also wonderful, caring, and supportive, and I am grateful to them too. The only disappointing experience I had was with one nurse on the second day after my C-section. She was rushing me a lot even though it was obvious I was struggling physically. While helping me put on the postpartum underwear, she moved too quickly around my surgery wound which caused me pain. When I asked her to please be more gentle, her response made me feel unsupported during a very sensitive moment. I understand hospital work is difficult and stressful, but after major surgery, compassion and patience truly matter. Overall, I am still very thankful for the care I received and for the amazing people who made this experience safer, warmer, and more human for me and my baby.

I had amazing experience in this Hospital. I have done varicose veins laser surgery, with DR MOHAMMED ABUAZAB.He is kind, friendly, helpful and very professional in his field. I did not have any idea about my insurance coverage also and doctor Mohammed Abuazab asked nurse to check it for me. Literally it means a lot for me. After the surgery I did not have any kind of pain on my leg. I am very happy with a result. I am highly recommend Dr Mohammed Abuazab. He spent time to explain me how to take care of my leg after the surgery. He is a genuine best doctor. Now I want add two more things that, it is also very important for each patient. Receptionist and other staff were also very polite, friendly, with positive attitude, and helpful. They checked my insurance coverage and everything and they applied for the approval to.

I had a great experience at the hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff and nurses were very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. They made sure I was comfortable at all times and assisted me with patience and care. The hospital environment is very clean, well-organized, and efficient, which gave me a strong sense of comfort and safety during my entire stay. Special thanks to Dr. Samer Agha for his excellent care. He is very calm, professional, and reassuring, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions without rushing. His approach made me feel relaxed and confident, especially during moments of concern. I truly felt I was in very good hands under his care. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the level of care I received.
