Overall, my experience at HMC Medical Center was excellent, but I especially want to highlight how amazing Dr. Eman is. I booked an appointment for scaling and polishing, and Dr. Eman took her time to ensure the procedure was done thoroughly and comfortably. She is highly professional, gentle, and very attentive to detail. She also took her time in explaining what I should and shouldn’t do to maintain healthy teeth and gums, which I really appreciate. Definitely would recommend and come back myself again.
Terrible experience and highly unprofessional. I booked a Hydrafacial but they used an extremely weak, basic machine that had nothing to do with a real Hydrafacial. I saw absolutely zero results or difference in my skin; it felt like a cheap salon treatment rather than a medical clinic. To make matters worse, the technician left me in the middle of the procedure just to go on her lunch break! Another girl was sent in to finish up and applied sunscreen to my face with her bare hands, without wearing any gloves. This is a severe violation of basic hygiene and medical clinic standards. A complete waste of money and a total disappointment
I visited for dental. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and the dentist was efficient and did a good job with what I needed. However I am disappointed and don’t feel great about the charges. After a consultation and X-rays in the first appointment, I was asked to pay a 25aed one time new customer fee. I wasn’t given an invoice for the charges to show what my insurance covered and what I needed to pay. After I came for the follow up to actually do the dental work, I was asked to pay an amount and then an additional 20aed for an xray that was “forgotten” from the first appointment. Again, no invoice was provided. The service was good, but for not being transparent in fees I can’t rate it too highly.
I visited this clinic and had a truly great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. Dr. Vidula was very helpful, guided me clearly with patience. Even when I urgently needed their help at the airport for a certificate, they sent it to me quickly. I sincerely thank them and I’m very happy that I got to know this clinic.🌹 Everything was great.🥰
Dr. Eman is amazing. She was extremely reassuring, very human, and took all the time needed to explain things in a clear and simple way. She listened carefully and made me feel calm and confident. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.
