I highly recommend this salon. From the reception to the very end of all procedures, it was the best service experience I’ve had in Dubai. I have definitely become a regular client of this place. The salon is very clean, neat, minimalist, and bright. All the staff are pleasant and tactful. From my experience, they were very intuitive with my mood and never intrusive; they spoke only when necessary and were not overly chatty, which, to me, is a true sign of professionalism - they feel the client. Sofia at the reception was especially lovely and prepared all the drinks beautifully. Thank you for such warm and effortless communication. Special thanks as well to Victoria, the brow specialist, for her high-quality and natural work in lamination, tinting, and shaping. Many thanks to Yulia and Saida for the manicure and pedicure; these are not just technicians, but true professionals with a medical understanding of nail care. You are definitely in excellent hands! After the treatments, you can enjoy a massage chair, which is another great touch provided for clients. Thank you once again, I would love to come back for cosmetology treatments with a medically qualified specialist, as well as for a massage.

This was my first time and my very first visit to this beauty salon. I recently moved from Argentina, where for many years I was a loyal client of one of the best salons. However, HIGH22 exceeded all my expectations and fully justified the trust with which I came, booking two treatments right away on my very first visit. First of all, everything started with my communication with Aya, the administrator. I was left with only the most pleasant impressions. Aya patiently asked about all my wishes, answered a large number of my questions before the appointment, suggested the most convenient date and time, and when I arrived, she personally welcomed me and surrounded me with care and attention from the very beginning until I left the elevator to the parking area. In total, I spent more than four hours at the salon, as I had booked two procedures, and throughout all that time Aya was present, attentive, smiling, and checking in on me. I was offered a variety of drinks, and the level of care, attention, and service provided by the salon truly impressed me. My manicure was done by Olga — very professional, an excellent specialist. I will definitely return. After that, my hair was done by Oksana, who perfectly understood my wishes, clearly explained the service details, and in a very short time delivered a brilliant result that exceeded my expectations. I left the salon feeling uplifted, inspired, and incredibly happy.
