My son started Occupational Therapy with Ms Priya in October 2024. To be honest from the moment we stepped foot into High Hopes I knew we had found a special place. I just hoped it would live up to my expectations and nearly two years later and it really has. Ms Priya has such a lovely warm aura about her- it did not take long for my little boy to form a bond with her. He loves coming to therapy and has come heaps and bounds since starting. I think it is so important to have a therapist that is caring and compassionate as well as good at their profession and she really is that. In terms of the centre it is by far the best I have seen. So bright and colourful with beautiful facilities and they are never short of any resources and equipment that is needed when you have a centre for children of determination with different needs. Everyone working here is always so kind and caring and welcoming. You really feel like you are apart of a big family. I always refer to High Hopes as our happy place.

My son attends speech therapy and occupational therapy at High Hopes, and I am very happy that we found this place. Every time we come, we can see great progress, which makes us very confident in the therapy process. My son is always happy to come back, which says a lot about the wonderful atmosphere there. The therapists do an excellent job and are very professional, caring, and dedicated. The ladies at the reception are also extremely kind and welcoming. We’ve had an excellent experience at High Hopes. The center is very well organized, professional, and truly child-centered. I really appreciate that they use an app to update us after every session — it helps us clearly track my son’s progress and stay involved in his therapy journey. My son attends Occupational Therapy, and we’ve seen amazing improvement since he started. What I love most is that they offer different therapy rooms and setups, with so many options depending on each child’s sensory and physical needs. It really shows how personalized their approach is. Ms. Zakiya has been absolutely amazing with my son. She is incredibly patient, kind, and truly dedicated.
