A great 3 day course for me to get ready for my CSCS exam to be a Level 4 accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach. The 3 days were split between morning of lectures/theory and then practical sessions in the afternoon. Both Zeljko and Ivana were very knowledgeable and shared very detailed information on the different topics we cover e and used great real world examples. On the last day they showed us some current fitness testing equipment used by pro athletes (VLAD performance equipment, force plates and dynamometer). I’d highly recommend this course if you are interested in getting your Level 4 S&C qualification in the UAE.
I recently completed my Level 2 & 3 Personal Training certification as well as the Level 4 Strength & Conditioning course, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. The level of dedication, professionalism, and expertise shown by the lecturers Zeljko and Ivana, was outstanding. Their knowledge goes far beyond the basic curriculum they truly focus on understanding, not just memorizing. Every module was delivered with clarity, practical application, and real industry insight. What I appreciated the most was the balance between theory and hands-on coaching preparation. The practical guidance, detailed feedback, and high standards pushed me to grow not only as a trainer, but as a professional. I highly recommend this course to anyone who genuinely wants to elevate their knowledge, improve their coaching skills, and is ready to put in the work. If you are serious about becoming a competent and confident fitness professional, this is the right place. Thank you for such a valuable learning experience
I just wanted to say that sports massage therapist lvl 3 course was really good and definitely useful course ,I learned a lot it's a great start If you decide to become sports massage therapist. Definitely will come for lvl 4 as well.
At HERC I did the strength and conditioning course, which was very informational and gave me in depth knowledge and tools I could implement directly in training for my athletes and even for my own training. Guaranteed you will learn something and have met awesome people in the process. The practical part in the gym was my favorite, putting the theory to the test right away. Best way to learn. Can highly recommend!
I did Level 4 (strength and conditioning) with HERC, I got new knowledge. The practical part , it's hands on. HERC greatly helped improve teaching to my students and my training as well. They are very supportive I highly recommend them.
