Humble and so patient,the Doctor Vaishali.is so gentle and so comfortable and so loving.the way she treat me about tooth pilling in the 1st time feel like nervous but she comfort me,and telling me calm,and that time I feel good..thanks you and more bless this clinic more patient to come stay humble and be bless thanks you.. My confident now is okay and happy to smiles again..

I would not recommend Health Point Dental due to their lack of respect for patients’ time. During my first appointment, I was advised to return after two weeks. When I came back last Saturday for my scheduled 1:00 PM appointment, I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes despite informing the staff that I had an important meeting at 2:00 PM. Because of the delay, I had no choice but to cancel my meeting. This was not an isolated incident. During a previous appointment scheduled for 7:00 PM, I also had to wait for almost an hour before deciding to leave because I had other errands to attend to. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but repeatedly making patients wait for extended periods without proper communication is unacceptable. Patients arrange their schedules around these appointments, and their time should be valued and respected. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

As someone who has always dreaded dental visits and previously experienced trauma from a root canal treatment at different clinic, I can honestly say that Dr. Vaishali completely changed my perspective. She reassured me that the procedure would not be as painful as my past experience and she truly delivered. She helped ease my anxiety throughout the treatment, knew exactly how to handle a nervous patient, and consistently made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and confident that I wouldn’t be in pain. The procedure was done properly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated. I would also like to give a 5-star rating to the HealthPoint Clinic staff, especially the friendly and accommodating kabayan receptionists. If you’re looking for a dental clinic, I highly recommend visiting HealthPoint Clinic in Al Barsha near MOE. Their services are excellent and offered at reasonable prices. Once again, a big thank you to Dr. Vaishali for making my treatment smooth and stress-free. 🌟

Hello, The initial package was 300 dirhams, and I was advertised to pay extra 100 dirhams for work to be done properly. However, even after that, I’m still not seeing noticeable results. I share my concerned to them. After that they call me and the doctor speak with me, this is the best result , to make it properly whiter need one more session which will be charged 100 resolution. So please before doing whitening share your expectation.Thank you.

Dr. Vaishali did a wonderful job. She removed my daughter’s tooth very carefully and gently. My daughter didn’t even cry during the procedure, which made the experience stress-free for both of us. Dr. Vaishali was kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good dentist for children.
