Health Hub Pharmacy is good. They have almost all the medicines you might need and also offer home delivery. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They recommend good multivitamins, and the lady pharmacist is especially kind and professional. Very nice experience.

I am waiting for my medicine last 24 hours, the pharmacist have not communicated properly with me and offer to deliver the medicine and no communication from them next day till 20 hours. I am in pain yet, have not started my medication yet. They don’t have some medicine stock so they are trying to change to what they have in stock. All over is a mess and I am still waiting for the medicine. Next time please give me my prescription and supporting documentation. I preferred to get it from outside pharmacies, who serve better

Asked for prescription and was denied and was told will receive cashback in Blu rewards but not even received one dirham after spending 1000 on medicines. Got home and with no prescriptions and no label on medicine, did not even know dosage amount! Horrible experience

I have visited Health Hub pharmacies in International city and Dubai Silicon Oasis. Have found the staff at both the pharmacies very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Today Fasmi Mam at Health Hub DSO pharmacy store was an epitome of customer service. She was very kind, very helpful and compassionate. Thank you Fasmi Mam. HR leadership team, kudos to you in employing a great team at pharmacies.

This system is so slow, it takes forever to get a prescription copy! And they're always out of stock – never complete. The doctor at the health hub still prescribes meds that have been off the market for two years! Plus, there's zero communication between the doctor and pharmacy.
