The entire staff is great, professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They provide the best medical support I’ve found in Al Warqa efficient, thorough, and focused on patient well-being. I am grateful to Dr.George Simon, Specialist Internal Medicine( Health Hub) in Al Warqa. An excellent , compassionate doctor who went beyond his normal duties hours in my case. I booked an appointment for Dr George after checking his brief ans experience background. I got aware that he is highly experienced doctor with exposure in internal medicine, diabetes ,thyroid , and other gastrointestinal disorders etc . I visited the clinic on a sunday evening (after 8 pm) . My reason of visiting him was that i had got some freckle (dark ted spots without itching )? marks on my feet. This was approx from 5-8 days , no symptoms, no pain, no infection , no fever or itching etc. So i decided to see an internal medicine doctor to check my blood for any possible reasons. Upon examining my situation, he knew what perhaps can be the cause. Within few hours my blood tests my reports were there. The tests results were critical . The doctor was alert ( his checked the reports same night after finishing his duty at 10 pm) and prompt in approaching me same night for further course of emergency treatment with a haematologist in other hospital. Dr George Simon - is Very professional, compassionate, doctor who goes beyond his working hours for his patients. Thank you Doctor for your great support , concern and regularly checking upon my improvement . You were a blessing for me. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 We need more of you in this field. I am highly grateful to you.

It was my first time visiting this clinic. We met Dr. Somashekar Mallappa (Orthopedic), who is very experienced. He handled my daughter very gently, and the wound stitching went very smoothly despite her crying. I was truly impressed by the way they welcomed us and treated us. It was an emergency, and they began the check-up even before opening a file. The two Arab ladies at the reception were very cooperative and willing to help throughout. The three nurses—Melissa, Gibnu, and Saara—were also very helpful. Melissa, in particular, took great care of my daughter and was very kind and supportive. Thank you so much, team—much appreciated. I hope to receive the same warm welcome during my future visits. This will be my first choice of clinic before considering others nearby. Being in Al Warqa, I wasn’t aware of this clinic, even though it is just 7–8 minutes away from my location.

I recently visited Dr. Somshekhar Mallappa (Orthopedic Specialist), and I must say he is an outstanding doctor. He has extensive experience, a very professional approach, and high ethical standards. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of expert orthopedic care. I would also like to appreciate the reception team—Ms. Manal and Mr. Rafeeq. They are extremely polite, professional, and provide excellent service. Their respectful and welcoming attitude truly made the whole experience even better.

She is such a great lady. And also how can we forget our 1st point of contact, May at the reception is always very supportive, always meet you with a smile, try her best to get you the assistance on time.
